Renovation junk removal clears the drywall, flooring, cabinets, fixtures, tile, and other tear-out debris a remodel leaves behind. Schedule a pickup mid-project or once the last tile is set, and the pile in the driveway disappears without a truck rental or a trip to the landfill.
Renovation junk removal from The Junk Pirates is the pickup and hauling of non-hazardous remodel debris, including drywall, flooring, carpet, cabinets, countertops, tile, lumber, doors, fixtures, and old appliances removed during a project. Our crew loads the debris from wherever it sits, hauls it away, and clears the work area. Renovation debris removal is available for homeowners, DIY remodelers, and contractors in Springfield, MO, Columbia, MO, Odessa, TX, and Midland, TX.
The Junk Pirates provide renovation junk removal for kitchen and bathroom remodels, flooring replacements, basement finishes, and full-home renovations.
Remodel debris is heavy, sharp, and awkward. Tile, plaster, stone, and other dense tear-out materials are identified before loading because weight affects hauling and disposal.
Our crew arrives with the trailer, loads the debris directly from the work area or the pile outside, and hauls it to the right facility for the material.
Contractors keep their crew on the build instead of on the road. Homeowners get the driveway back without renting anything.
Typical remodel debris we load and remove:
Every remodel makes a different kind of mess. These are the ones we see most.
Some remodels need one pickup at the end. Others run cleaner with a debris haul after demo and a second sweep once installation is finished.
A mid-project pickup clears the tear-out so trades are not working around a pile. An end-of-project pickup collects the offcuts, packaging, and swapped fixtures that accumulate during the build.
Tell us how the project is staged when you book, and we will schedule the pickups where they do the most good.
Both get debris off the property. The right choice depends on how long the project runs and how much room you have.
Three steps, timed to your project schedule.
The crew provides a firm price on site before anything is loaded. That price covers the labor, loading, hauling, and disposal for the debris quoted. These are the factors that shape it.
To see how these factors play out across different job sizes, read the junk removal cost guide.
Remodel debris includes a surprising amount of reusable material. Intact cabinets, doors, light fixtures, sinks, and working appliances often have a second life ahead of them.
When local organizations can accept them, those items are separated for donation or reuse rather than heading to disposal.
Scrap metal, clean lumber, and cardboard are pulled aside for recycling wherever possible. What cannot be reused or recycled is disposed of properly according to local requirements.
A few materials that turn up during remodels are regulated and cannot ride on our trailer: asbestos-containing materials such as certain older floor tiles, siding, and insulation, along with wet paint, solvents, adhesives, fuel, and other hazardous materials.
If you are unsure whether a renovation material may contain asbestos or another regulated substance, mention it when you book. We will point you toward the right testing or disposal resource while we clear everything else.
Renovation debris is one piece of what The Junk Pirates handle around a home or property.
Will and Haven did an excellent job of making sure every last crumb of trash was removed from our driveway after a remodel. Hard working people! Great price!
We did a small tile job at our home. We had a lot of demo waste and had no idea what to do with it. My wife called the Junk Pirates and these guys came out, bid it, and had it hauled off the same day. Very professional and quick!
